I've been told to create writing a business plan proposal for a mock startup project, and while I'm trying to figure out the structure, I stumbled across some pre-made templates online. They look super professional, but I'm wondering if using one would make my proposal look unoriginal. Do professors or employers even care about that, or is it all about the content? Should I ditch the template and go for something custom-made? Also, if you've used templates before, how do you tweak them to make them feel less generic?
