From what I’ve seen so far, the location looks fantastic – close to Pasir Ris and not far from the beach. It looks like the developers are planning a good mix of greenery, facilities, and family-friendly layouts. I'm particularly curious about: The overall layout – does it maximize privacy and wind flow? Placement of amenities – swimming pool, fitness corners, etc. Unit orientation – any chance of sea views? Anyone else checked it out? Would love to hear your thoughts or insider info if you have any!
